Recently Air New Zealand announced a few changes it is making to its fleet for the 2024-25 season and provided an update for its schedule. This blog is meant to help inform you and better serve your travel needs. While we don’t expect our clients to keep track of these changes which affect travel to New Zealand, rest assured we do keep a close eye on things and up to date.

New Leased Boeing 777-367ER
To support its network of flights in the busier seasons, and upcoming schedule adjustments, Air New Zealand is adding a leased Boeing 777-367ER to its fleet. Here is a link to their homepage with seat configurations, etc. The plane differs from the black-painted fleet a little, as it has a white body with the black Air New Zealand name and livery on the tail.
This aircraft will primarily operate on the Auckland to Houston route starting October 27, 2024, with the possibility of serving other routes on occasion. Passengers on this aircraft should expect the same warm hospitality, food & beverage options, and in-flight entertainment as on other Air New Zealand flights. The cabin layout may differ slightly, with Economy Stretch and Skycouch seating will not offered or available for these flights.
